Refund & Returns Policy – Wild Teezy

Because Wild Teezy products are made to order (print on demand), we do not hold stock and generally cannot offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse (for example, ordering the wrong size or colour, or changing your mind).

However, we want you to love your order, so we will gladly help in the following cases:

Damaged, misprinted or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Email psywild7@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.

  3. Once we review and confirm the problem, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Wrong or incomplete order:

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing items:

  • Contact us at psywild7@gmail.comwithin 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of what you received.
    Once confirmed, we’ll send the missing or correct items, or offer another suitable solution.

Returns

Because each item is produced on demand, we do not usually accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or change‑of‑mind reasons.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Order cancellations

Orders go into production shortly after you complete your purchase.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, email psywild7@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If production has already started, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs and certain service fees may be non‑refundable unless the issue was our or the manufacturer’s fault.

Customs, duties & taxes

Wild Teezy is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges applied by your local customs office. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by us.
